TRAVEL AGENT, AIR RESERVATIONS

* Description   -   Generate  revenue  and  promote  customer  service  through telephone sales by   making airline reservations for passengers and travel agents, provide callers with information on flights, fares, destinations, and special offers or products.
* Fluently speak, read, write and translate accordingly in English and Bulgarian, or Serbian, or Russian is a plus
* Certified in AMADEUS GDS and/or SABRE GDS (if not free training is provided)
* Type at least 30 words per minute
* Ability to learn and understand job-related policies and procedures
* Manage high volume of incoming reservation calls.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, and Explorer
* Prior travel agency experience is a plus.
* Must be willing to complete and pass a criminal background investigation and drug screen prior to hire.
